With a large, multiphase site to market, L&Q were in need of a marketing suite option that established an early site presence and evolved with the development. This meant The POD was a natural choice. Join us as we take a look back and recount how this suite came to life.

Modular making life easier

With a desire to get on-site and selling without delay, the Property POD was the perfect option for L&Q at Saxon Reach. Constructed off-site and delivered in two halves, in just 4 hours, the POD was down and ready for fit-out.


Step inside…

Entering into the Saxon Reach Property POD you’re greeted with a luxurious bespoke fit-out. Textured wallpaper combined with brushed gold lettering and statement exposed Edison bulbs elevates this Property POD from any generic sales cabin. You can see from the original mood board that an opulent scheme was on the cards, and our designers certainly delivered.

Behind the stunning interior, the Saxon Reach POD is also kitted out with all the features one would expect in a marketing suite, proving that modular sales suites don’t have to come at the expense of convenience. Interactive technology, iPads, private meeting rooms, a fully kitted-out back of house, and a DDA toilet are all present in this optimised suite, resulting in a smooth customer journey and a practical space for the L&Q sales team.

From mood board, to CGI and then delivery… we’re incredibly proud that our final product matches exactly what L&Q expected.
