POD Design & Build
How we helped
The brief was to create an inviting space within one of our forward-thinking Property PODs. Taylor Wimpey East London wanted a strong site presence on the new consortium site at Gilden Park in Harlow. Competing against other consortium members on site, the Property Pod’s huge site presence makes an impact, ensuring potential visitors are drawn to the POD over traditional sales cabins being used elsewhere on site.
The client requested a bespoke marketing suite with two sales desks, a seating area, and a refreshment station for customers to enjoy whilst visiting the marketing suite.
What was achieved
We wanted to make the space feel open, bright, and welcoming. We achieved this by having all white bespoke furniture with black box frame legs and matching matt black handles. The floor transition from wood to a soft carpet was intended to slow the customer journey whilst creating a calming relaxing atmosphere.
Pops of yellow, geometric prints, and splashes of purple help bring this exciting space to life. We wanted our design to reflect a homely feel so we opted for a luxe seating area, inspiring visitors to soak up the atmosphere and totally relax.
