Housetype Design & Fit Out

How we helped

Taylor Wimpey approached us to design a bespoke marketing suite within one of their house types on the development. With the front facade replaced with full height glazing – the building became a natural focal point.

The interior needed to be split across two floors, with the main sales suite working in the open playground floor. Up on the first floor were the private meeting area and staff facilities.

What was achieved

Working with the brand palette of grape and red, a high-end finish was taken into the accompanying materials. Soft white marble and a soft beech timber formed some of the interior elements.

Making full use of the grand expanse of glazing to the building front, large hanging pendants were placed in at differing heights and sizes, creating a feature both day and night.

The central staircase also needed to demand attention as it formed a divide between the spaces. Finished with structural grape beams, it penetrated through the building’s core up into the 1st-floor ceiling.
