How we helped
Peabody wanted us to create a Marketing Suite that showcased The Pomeroy and the surrounding areas of New Cross and Peckham as a vibrant and exciting place to live. The branding for The Pomeroy has an abundance of colours, with pink and purple being the hero colours across the branding. The key elements that stood out to us were the stickers – which reminded us of the adhesive labels you would find on an apple – and the freshness of the imagery used throughout.
This inspired one of the key design features in the space; the apple crates which hinted to the local area with nearby markets selling fresh produce. We filled these apple crates with lifestyle imagery as well as key brand messaging to get the customers and target audience excited about the brand. We also dressed them with quirky pieces from miniature bicycles and yoga monkeys to numerous planters to bring the space to life.
What was achieved
We created a space full of colour, with zones for customers to journey through. With busy events to market the scheme, as well as the launch to consider, Peabody wanted a space that could host such occasions. We provided them with an open space, with a café bar and high table at the centre, giving customers the space to wander around, discover and find out more about the brand! The café bar unconventionally has a large timber wheel on the front, continuing the fun market-esque quirks that The Pomeroy has.
The lighting played a key part in shaping the style of the space. We wanted the lighting to feel both luxurious and industrial at the same time. We used key brass pendants in the entrance on our big feature New Cross Living Timeline wall to get customers excited about the local amenities. We also utilised cage-style lights to fill the meeting area ceiling to help zone this space further.
