Design & Fit Out

Concept To Reality

How we helped

The team worked closely with the creative agency behind the William’s Park brand and creative look, we created a relaxed sales environment that suited the local area, Lovell, the brand and most importantly the personas of our target audience. Through the use of feature walls, graphics and furniture pieces we wanted to bring William’s Park brand to life and make it a memorable experience for the customers.

Utilising an existing Lovell owned modular unit, we were tasked with surveying and utilising what we could to re-use it on this site.  The team spent a lot of time off-site working up feasibility proposals in order to get the most efficient and sustainable re-use possible for Lovell. Our on-site team worked closely with Lovell and third parties to understand what our opportunities were, before briefing and developing the full design proposal with the in-house design team. Through this process it was determined a new customer journey, layout and interior fit-out would be required to best showcase the new homes due to launch at William’s Park.

What was achieved

In order to best place the development to buyers and prospective new homeowners, we used full height, large wall graphic prints of local photography. The largest bespoke joinery piece was a custom ‘option and finishes’ console which enabled buyers to make different combinations of the specifications available to them. Natural, soft and earthy tones complemented the rural feel of Norfolk and the market town of Wymondham perfectly, soft furnishing with suede and natural wood tones to the bespoke joinery added to this style. Conscious of the latest guidelines and Lovell’s own guidance regarding the COVID-19 pandemic we ensured a clear and comfortable customer journey whilst social distancing and enabling separate customer zones to be used throughout the space.

From spacious, comfortable sofas and armchairs to discovery tables with iPads and site plan, the clients would be able to make their visit tailored to their needs and discover their perfect home in a way that suits them the most, placing the customer journey at the forefront of our design.
